Job Overview

Talent Leaders is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Centre Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and support.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing service centre teams, with a strong focus on customer care and continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of service centre professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Customer Care: Develop and implement customer care strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Continuous Service Improvement: Drive continuous service improvement initiatives, leveraging ITIL v3 best practices to enhance service delivery and efficiency.

Key Technical Service Areas:

  • Endpoint and Application Support: Provide technical support for endpoint devices, applications, and infrastructure, including Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android.
  • Virtual Desktop Infrastructure: Support virtual desktop infrastructure and end-user computing management platforms.
  • Print Services and Endpoint Security: Provide support for print services, endpoint security, and teaching and learning IT services.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing service centre teams, ideally in an education setting.
  • ITIL v3+: Demonstrable experience with ITIL v3 and continuous service improvement methodologies.
