We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to join our team at Collins Property Recruitment. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running and security of a 7-floor luxury office building in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building Management: Ensure the building is well-maintained, secure, and provides a 5-star experience for all tenants and visitors.
- Tenant Relations: Greet tenants daily, create strong relationships, and ensure their needs are met.
- Visitor Management: Welcome visitors, direct them to the appropriate floor, and manage daily deliveries.
- Safety and Security: Perform regular safety checks, address any issues, and report to operations any building issues or maintenance requests.
- Event Management: Coordinate small events and ensure they run smoothly.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Centre Manager, Building Manager, Corporate Receptionist, Corporate Security, or Concierge for a large commercial or residential building.

- Initiative: The ability to work independently and use initiative.
