About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Chartwells. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality food to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and present delicious, high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and surrounding areas, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Machinery and Equipment: Ensure the correct use of all machinery and equipment, and report any maintenance or repair issues to the relevant authorities.
  • Delivery and Supply: Assist with the loading or unloading of deliveries and supply vehicles, and ensure that all goods are stored and handled safely.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Chartwells and maintain a positive brand image, adhering to our company values and standards.
  • Compliance: Comply with all relevant food handling and hygiene standards, as well as health and safety regulations.
