Job Title: Associate Strategy Director

At Digitas Health, we're seeking a highly skilled Associate Strategy Director to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial and Brand strategy community, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients' marketing transformation and driving commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client brand teams, providing strategic guidance and challenging their business and activation plans to drive results.
  • Develop and guide commercial, brand, and marketing strategies for assigned brands, including communications and POE strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on oncology trends and help clients identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of large datasets and present insights and evidence in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with agency colleagues to create innovative ideas and develop creative briefs.
  • Define measurement strategies and KPIs for clients, including test-and-learn/optimization recommendations.
  • Lead workshops with cross-functional teams, creating project plans with clear deliverables and outputs.
  • Identify high-growth opportunities in the market and act as a strategic partner to drive local and cross-market advantage.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial, brand, and CX strategy with pharmaceutical clients.
  • Strong oncology expertise with a track record of success and making a positive impact for clients.
  • Preferably, experience working in a matrix organization across network agencies, helping remote-based clients, and working across regional-to-local tiers.
  • Extensive related strategy and/or planning experience, covering commercial, brand, and customer experience.
