Role Overview
Responsibilities
This is a remarkable opportunity to expand your skill set and join our team as a Complex Care Provider. You will receive comprehensive training and clinical guidance to develop expertise in various intricate areas, including tracheotomy care, ventilation support, seizure management, and stoma care, among others. We provide care and assistance to individuals of all ages, both in the community and within their residences, addressing needs related to spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex conditions. Each day presents unique challenges, ensuring that your work remains dynamic and engaging. You can be assured that your efforts will significantly enhance the lives of your clients while you continue to grow your own skills and knowledge.

Essential Skills
No prior care experience is necessary to apply for this position; however, a strong sense of compassion, care, and resilience is essential, as we provide complete nurse-led training.
