Job Title: UK Trading Support Supervisor

The UK Trading Support Supervisor will oversee the London Trade Support team, providing 1st/2nd level support to all Front Office, real-time trading, and market data systems. This role requires collaboration with Global Trading Support teams and other departments to ensure seamless daily functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the team in offering 1st/2nd level support for all Trading Platforms offered by Marex to both internal and external client bases.
  • Provide first and second-line support for all global trading platforms to both Marex's internal and external client bases.
  • Handle user and account administration, including limits adjustments upon Risk team approval.
  • Assist with system outage management for client trades.
  • Liaise between technology departments and other business groups to communicate changes.
  • Assist with ongoing review of manual processes, including reporting to identify improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role, ensuring compliance with regulatory or company-determined parameters.
  • Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct, reflecting Company Values.
  • Comply with Marex's Code of Conduct and report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/or your supervisor as required.
  • Escalate risk events immediately.
  • Provide input to risk management processes, as required.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in a management role.
  • Demonstrable experience working with front-end systems and admin tools, including Fidessa, TT, Stellar, CQG, CME Direct, and various other ISVs.
  • Experience working with Global exchanges.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Process-driven and systematic mindset.
  • Dynamic work ethic with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing electronic trading environment.
  • Pro-actively learns and adapts to new technologies, platforms, or requirements.

  • Comfortable with shift coverage between 7:00am and 5:30pm (to cover 8.5 hours) Mon-Fri, with occasional needs for after-hours, weekend, and bank holiday coverage.
