Job Title: UK Trading Support Supervisor

Marex is a leading global financial services platform, providing essential liquidity, market access, and infrastructure services to clients in the energy, commodities, and financial markets.

The Group provides comprehensive breadth and depth of coverage across four core services: Market Making, Clearing, Hedging, and Investment Solutions and Agency and Execution. It has a leading franchise in many major metals, energy, and agricultural products, executing around 50 million trades and clearing 205 million contracts in 2022.

The UK Trading Support Supervisor will manage the London Trade Support team, which provides 1st/2nd level support to all Front Office, real-time trading, and market data systems. The team works closely with Global Trading Support teams and other departments to assist in daily functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the team in offering 1st/ 2nd level support for all Trading Platforms offered by Marex to both internal and external client base
  • Provide first and second line support for all global trading platforms to both Marex's internal and external client base
  • Handle user and account administration to include limits adjustments upon Risk team approval
  • Help with system outage management for client trades
  • Liaise between technology department and other business groups to communicate changes
  • Assist with ongoing review of manual processes, including reporting to identify improvements and automation opportunities, etc.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in a management role
  • Demonstrable experience working with front-end systems and admin tools, including Fidessa, TT, Stellar, CQG, CME Direct, and various other ISVs
  • Experience working with Global exchanges
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Process-driven and systematic mindset
  • Dynamic work ethic with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing electronic trading environment
