About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional English Teacher to join our team at Groveside School, a brand-new special educational needs school for pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading English and literacy across the school, developing secure relationships with pupils, and working closely with external agencies to ensure students receive the best possible support.

Key responsibilities include managing the provision of individual classroom support, small group work, and 1:1 withdrawal sessions, as well as developing and implementing teaching and learning styles for students.

The ideal candidate will have UK Qualified Teacher Status, a background in teaching English, and experience working with pupils with autism and challenging behavior.
