Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Production Scheduler to support PECO's manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning production schedules to meet customer demands efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders and demand forecasts, ensuring timely production and delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize production processes and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust production schedules as needed to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Utilize supply chain knowledge to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions proactively.
- Work with SAP and other systems to input and track production data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Requirements
- Previous experience in production scheduling or a related role, with a strong understanding of manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar systems is advantageous, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to anticipate trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely production schedules.
