Distribution Officer

This role involves managing stock levels and ensuring smooth dispatch of products to meet production demands. If you have SAP experience, that’s a plusKey Responsibilities: Stock and Material Planning: Handle materials planning (MRP), scheduling, and SAP reconciliation to keep raw materials stocked for production needs.Inbound & Outbound Coordination: Organise material receipt, storage, stock control, and dispatch to meet production schedules and customer orders.Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve any material or distribution issues, ensuring compliance with environmental and health safety (EHS) standards.Communication & Teamwork: Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to keep distribution running smoothly.Team Oversight: Step in to manage the distribution team’s daily operations in the Distribution Manager’s absence, ensuring warehouse and dispatch activities remain on schedule.The Ideal Candidate: Brings manufacturing experience and ideally has SAP knowledge.Has a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.Communicates effectively across teams and builds positive relationships.Enjoys problem-solving and takes a proactive approach.Why This Opportunity?This role offers the chance to play a crucial part in our client’s supply chain, working in a fast-paced environment where your contributions will be valued
