We're seeking an HR Officer/Administrator to manage the full employee lifecycle and support our fast-paced, creative environment. As a key member of our HR team, you'll be responsible for leading job postings, interview coordination, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage employee data using Employment Hero and process payroll changes accurately.
- Administer payroll (Sage 50), pensions, private medical insurance, and more.
- Coordinate training and professional development initiatives.
- Contribute to exciting HR initiatives and process improvements.
Previous experience in an HR officer/administrator or similar role is essential. Proficiency in HR systems (Employment Hero, Sage 50) is a plus. If you're passionate about HR and eager to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.
