Role: Senior Fire Consultant
Salary: up to £62k + Package
Location: London
Purosearch is seeking a Senior Fire Consultant to join our team in the Fire Division. The ideal candidate will have experience working on high-risk buildings, including schools, hospitals, and commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Fire Risk Assessments to identify potential fire hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Perform Compartmentation surveys to ensure that buildings are designed and constructed to prevent the spread of fire.
- Carry out Fire Door surveys to ensure that fire doors are properly installed and maintained.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a consultancy role, preferably in the fire safety industry.
- Ability to conduct Type 1 - Type 4 Fire Risk Assessments.
- Hold a MIFSM/MIFE or Level 4 Diploma in Fire Safety.
- Experience in design work, including the development of fire safety strategies and plans.
Suitable job titles may include: Fire Safety Manager, Senior Fire Consultant, Fire Compliance Manager, Fire Risk Assessor.
