As a key member of the Safran Seats GB leadership team, the Head of Quality Transformation will play a pivotal role in driving the company's quality improvement and transformation plans. This strategic position requires a strong leader who can develop and implement quality governance rhythms, working closely with the VP Quality and cross-functional teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality improvement and transformation plans, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy.
- Lead and champion strategic initiatives to drive organizational change, utilizing industry-standard change management frameworks.
- Oversee local improvement initiatives from concept to delivery, focusing on processes, systems, and people.
- Collaborate with the Quality leadership team to establish and develop a quality culture within the organization.
- Communicate and present information to senior management and cross-functional teams, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
- Responsible for leading strategic projects across all quality functional teams, driving project delivery and cultural change.
- Experience in aerospace (or similar) quality processes and procedures, including QRQC and APQP.
- Strong risk analysis skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Proven track record of leading quality improvement initiatives and driving organizational change.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and drive business outcomes.
