About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rehabilitation Coach to join our team at NeuroSupport Services Ltd. As a Rehabilitation Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries to optimize their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shadow rehabilitation sessions to support clients in carrying over goals in their home environment.
  • Support clients with leisurely activities such as archery.
  • Attend multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings and provide progress updates.
  • Monitor and report any drug or alcohol use.
  • Prompt self-care and managing the home environment.
Requirements
  • Experience in supporting individuals with brain injuries.
  • Possession of a relevant degree is preferable.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and collective in difficult situations.
