Job Title: Brain Injury Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Brain Injury Support Worker to join our team at SweetTree Home Care Services. As a Brain Injury Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with acquired brain injuries, mental health conditions, or neurological conditions.

About the Role:
  • Provide personalized one-on-one support to clients in their homes, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including clinical psychologists, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation clinicians, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring the highest standard of care.
  • Prioritize client safety and well-being, responding to their needs and preferences.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 months' experience working with clients with traumatic brain injuries, acquired brain injuries, or neurological conditions.
  • Ability to provide one-on-one support in clients' homes, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Dedication to promoting independence and well-being, with a commitment to client safety and well-being.
  • Strong record-keeping and documentation skills, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records.
