Executive Culinary Director at Sebastians Italian

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Director to lead our culinary team at Sebastians Italian. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our culinary strategy, ensuring that our dishes are of the highest quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement culinary menus and recipes that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to ensure that our dishes are made with the freshest and best ingredients.
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed in the kitchen and that all staff are trained and aware of their responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a senior chef or culinary director in a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge, with a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
