Role Overview:

As a Regulatory Change Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our compliance program, with a specific focus on regulatory change. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of financial regulations, be able to analyze complex compliance issues, and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise the business on regulatory change and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
  • Manage the implementation of new regulations that impact our business.
  • Conduct horizon scanning to identify potential regulatory risks and opportunities.
  • Train colleagues in various teams and departments on regulatory matters.
  • Manage and enhance policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Project manage regulatory change initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field.
  • Substantial compliance experience with a focus on regulatory change.
  • Strong knowledge of UK financial regulations and industry best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex compliance issues clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
