About the Role:

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance and support to our customers, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires a strong technical knowledge, exceptional troubleshooting abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer remote and on-site support to customers, including email, phone, and remote PC login sessions.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site.
  • Support the sales team from a technical perspective, including site surveys, specification reviews, and quotation preparation.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Fair knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Strong technical background with a good understanding of electronics, IT, and security industry equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think logically and act decisively under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on delivering clear and concise instructions to customers.
  • Customer-oriented mindset, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
