Logistics and Inventory Management Specialist - Competitive Salary + Comprehensive Healthcare + Pension Contribution

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our dynamic team as a Logistics and Inventory Management Specialist. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with a background in supply chain management, particularly in stock oversight and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Oversight: Manage stock levels effectively, ensuring optimal inventory for packaging and finished goods.
  • MRP Process Management: Review and confirm replenishment needs for various products.
  • Stock Level Determination: Establish ideal stock holding levels for packaging materials.
  • Goods Receipt Management: Handle confirmation and receipt of goods in the inventory system for all imported products.
  • Replenishment Control: Oversee stock levels across all facilities, ensuring timely collection from clients.
  • Packaging Reusability: Maximize the reuse of all packaging materials.

AdBlue Supply Chain Management:

  • Data Analysis: Utilize sales forecasts and historical data to adjust MRP parameters accordingly.
  • Replenishment Coordination: Manage the replenishment and reconciliation processes from remote storage facilities.
  • Logistics Liaison: Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Logistics Arrangement: Organize transportation for incoming finished products.
  • Customs Declaration Preparation: Prepare and manage customs documentation for inbound products.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Generate outstanding order reports for all facilities.
  • Facilitate communication between Supply Chain and Sales Support teams, providing updates on product availability.
  • Address and resolve back order issues while maintaining daily reporting.
  • Manage vendor non-conformities and assist in the customer complaint process.
  • Support the acquisition of product Certificates of Analysis when necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and a proven track record in a similar role or through academic experience. We are looking for a proactive individual who can work collaboratively within a team environment.
