Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue bills of lading and shipping instructions.
- Verify the accuracy of bills of lading prior to dispatch.
- Correct any documentation errors as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with customs deadlines and bill of lading requirements.
- Complete certificates of origin, ATR, and EUR1 documentation.
- Input Verified Gross Mass (VGM) using online systems.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in bill of lading preparation.
- Familiarity with systems such as CNS and Destin8 (preferred).
- A solid understanding of ocean freight operations.
