About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Sourced Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' mechanical plant equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical plant, equipment, and assets, with a focus on air conditioning maintenance.
  • Respond to reactive maintenance requests and complete associated paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Participate in a call-out rota to provide 24/7 coverage for our clients.
Requirements
  • City & Guilds Level II or equivalent qualification in Mechanical/HVAC/AC discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, with a strong background in air conditioning systems.
  • Basic electrical knowledge and understanding.
