Job Title: Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a new build development of houses and apartments in Ashford.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the construction process to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
  • Supervise and motivate a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve project issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
