Job Title: Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Foreman to join our team for a new build development of houses and apartments in Ashford.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Manage and coordinate site staff, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople
  • Monitor and control site costs, including materials, labor, and equipment
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and protocols

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager in a construction environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
