Learning Disabilities Manager

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential service in Weston-Super-Mare.
The service provides care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, aiming to promote independence and a high quality of life.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, managing a team of staff, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care
- Ensure the service meets regulatory requirements and standards
- Develop and implement care plans to promote independence and well-being
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient service delivery
Requirements:
- Experience in managing residential care services
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work with adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards
