Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties to ensure they are safe and secure.
  2. Assist with renovation and refurbishment projects to improve the quality of living spaces.
  3. Perform regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs and address them promptly.
  4. Address plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues as required to maintain the integrity of the properties.
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and guidelines to protect residents and staff.
  6. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless project execution.
  7. Collaborate with contractors and other professionals as needed to achieve project goals.
  8. Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure quality work and efficient project delivery.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in maintenance or construction work is highly desirable.
