Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties to ensure they are safe and secure.
- Assist with renovation and refurbishment projects to improve the quality of living spaces.
- Perform regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs and address them promptly.
- Address plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues as required to maintain the integrity of the properties.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and guidelines to protect residents and staff.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless project execution.
- Collaborate with contractors and other professionals as needed to achieve project goals.
- Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure quality work and efficient project delivery.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintenance or construction work is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of basic construction and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from management.
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and residents.
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols and practices to ensure a safe working environment.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying equipment.
- A valid driver's license may be required for certain tasks.
