We are seeking a skilled Paint Preparer to join our team at Pearson Whiffin - Manufacturing, Engineering & Technical. As a Paint Preparer, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting, ensuring a smooth and even finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed.
  • Inspect surfaces for defects and damage, and make repairs as necessary.
  • Apply coatings to surfaces, following safety protocols and manufacturer instructions.
  • Work with a team to meet production deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
