About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Loungers. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve business objectives

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in a restaurant, bar, or coffee shop environment
  • Experience of managing through clear KPIs and making decisions considering labour, stock, food safety requirements, customer sentiment, and others in line with brand standards and a budget
  • Ability to deliver successful training and recruitment programs for front-of-house teams
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and ability to understand what makes kitchen teams click
