Job Summary

Inovotek Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Murex Production Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our Murex Trading and Risk Platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end production application support for our Murex Trading and Risk Platform.
  • Respond to incidents for trade lifecycle and provide effective problem management for recurring incidents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and effective change management.
  • Support the development and implementation of lasting and robust technology solutions.

Requirements

  • Engineering or Computer Science degree or relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in providing technical support for FX Cash, Option, Base Metals, and Precious Metals desks.
  • Experience supporting live Murex Trading and Risk Analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of Murex MX3/G2000 in FX Cash and Commodity module.
