Job Summary

The Production Engineering Analyst will interact with all users of Front Office, Finance & Operations, Back Office, Treasury Credit, and Risk Management to develop and implement lasting and robust technology solutions as well as support the existing application and surrounding framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge on Murex MX3/G2000 in FX Cash and Commodity module
  • Supporting the Front Office FXC, FXO, GPM, and BM Trading desk
  • Experience supporting a MUREX FO Trading and Risk Platform
  • Respond to incidents for Trade Life cycle
  • Provide End-to-End production application support
  • Effective handle of incidents in a timely fashion to the appropriate Level 3 team and tracked through to closure
  • Effective Problem management for recurring incidents
  • Effective change management and release management so that quality code to the production environment aligned with the TD enterprise change management process
Requirements
  • Engineering or Computer Science preferred or relevant industry experience
  • Experience in providing technical support for FX Cash, Option, Base Metals, and Precious Metals desks
  • Experience supporting live Murex Trading and Risk Analytics
  • DataMart and Reporting
  • MXML/Workflows, PreTrade Rule, eTradepad/STB, and Simulation viewer
