Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Addition. As an HR Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our human resources department.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Records Management
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all personal and employment information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Process new hire paperwork, terminations, and employee changes.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Recruitment Support
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll.
- Handle employee benefits enrolment, changes, and inquiries.
- Liaise with benefit providers and ensure timely and accurate benefits administration.
- HR Policy Implementation
- Ensure company policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to.
- Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support the resolution of employee issues and conflicts.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- HR Reporting and Compliance
- Generate HR reports and analytics as required.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or related roles.
- Experience with HR software and payroll systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
