VMS Administrator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented VMS Administrator to join our team at HB People. As a key member of our Intelligent Transport Systems team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our VMS management team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the VMS team in an administrative capacity, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Raise quotations for customers, providing accurate and timely responses to their needs.
- Raise damage advice notes and follow through to conclusion, ensuring prompt resolution and PO processing.
- Confirm hires and off-hires on our internal management system, maintaining accurate records and communicating with clients as needed.
- Monitor battery voltage levels remotely, alerting the team to take necessary steps to ensure system uptime.
- Liaise with customers to ensure timely PO requests, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Receive message requirements from customers, providing recommendations on compliance and creating/designing messages as needed.
- Share previews with customers for approval, scheduling messages for appearance on units.
- Manage VMS locations, planning and coordinating logistics to ensure efficient operations.
- Administer trailer servicing, ensuring timely maintenance and upkeep.
