VMS Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented VMS Administrator to join our team at HB People Recruitment & HR Specialists. As a key member of our Intelligent Transport Systems team, you will provide administrative support to our VMS management team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide end-to-end administrative support to our VMS management team, including raising quotations, damage advice notes, and confirming hires and off-hires.
- Message Management: Monitor battery voltage levels remotely, raise message requirements, and create/design schedules for compliance.
- Customer Liaison: Liaise with customers to ensure timely PO requests, share previews for approval, and schedule message appearance on units.
- Location Management: Manage VMS locations and plan trailer servicing.
- Strong Communication: Excellent communication skills at all levels, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Highly organized and proactive, with a focus on delivering results under time constraints.
- Customer Focus: High level of customer service, with attention to detail to ensure perfect messages.
- Team Player: Ability to work in a fun, hard-working team environment.
