Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and productive store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and promotions.
- Contribute to a positive and productive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
