Job Title: Site Manager

Job Summary:

Caval Limited is seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to oversee a refurbishment project at a distribution centre in Barnstaple. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating handovers, implementing and improving existing procedures, and leading the day-to-day running of site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update RAMS
• Coordinate handovers and sign offs
• Implement and improve existing procedures
• Lead the day-to-day running of site activities
• Update and check against the construction Programme
• Prepare site documents such as work orders and purchase orders
• Ensure quality standards are achieved by implementing inspection and test plans

Requirements:

• SMSTS
• CSCS Card (Desirable)
• 3 Day First Aid
• Fire Marshal
• Asbestos Awareness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
