Job Title: Marketing Manager, Web and Digital Transformation

Join our team at Cambridge English as a detail-oriented Digital Transformation project lead to support our ambitious marketing and insights team.

We are looking for a passionate and strategic thinker to help shape the future of our website. As a key member of our Sector marketing team, you will work closely with our Data and Channel Excellence and Technology teams to deliver strategic digital projects with a focus on the website.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the creation of SEO-optimised web content and contribute to redesign efforts to enhance user journeys.
  • Support delivery of web content and keyword strategies and upskill teams in content optimisation.
  • Become a Drupal Expert while helping to train teams in the new CMS.
  • Collaborate across marketing and tech teams to integrate data flows, automate marketing, and increase customer engagement.
  • Help manage and support digital transformation projects and campaigns to promote our ecosystem of learning and assessment products.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with Content Management Systems like Drupal.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
  • Passion for data-driven results and experience with tools such as Google Search Console and Semrush.
  • Exceptional project management skills to keep you focused and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
