This role offers the rare opportunity to take a hands-on role within our analytics team and work across the full suite of products, with the opportunity to coach and lead a team of analysts without having to formally line manage.

About the Job

As a Credit Risk Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and analysing customer portfolio data to spot trends and anomalies
  • Working with a team of analysts to enhance wider credit policies across the bank
  • Driving innovation and modernisation across the bank
  • Identifying opportunities for growth of the book with wider market insight and reporting
About You

We are looking for someone with a background in consumer lending and experience working with Mortgage products. Prior work in credit risk or fraud/financial crime reporting, BAU work and broader data analysis is key. You should also have experience driving insight into large data sets and presenting this to senior stakeholders. A degree in a numerate discipline is essential.
