Simpson Millar is seeking a qualified Senior Solicitor or Associate to enhance our Public Law and Human Rights division. This is a remarkable opportunity to become part of our award-winning, Chambers Ranked team.

As a member of our established and supportive team, you will engage in a diverse range of public law matters, community care, claims against public authorities, and inquest work. This includes advocating for victims of trafficking, vulnerable migrants, unaccompanied minors, looked after children, and care leavers in civil claims and judicial review proceedings.

We are in search of an individual capable of supervising and managing other solicitors handling public law judicial review caseloads while also managing their own caseload. There are ample opportunities for career advancement and the potential to take on management responsibilities within the team.

We provide excellent supervision and support, alongside opportunities for professional growth.

This role allows for a flexible working arrangement, combining remote work with office-based duties in London. We welcome applications from both full-time and part-time candidates, offering flexibility in work schedules.
