Family Solicitor Opportunity

Gemini Recruitment Services Ltd is partnering with a leading law firm to recruit a dedicated NQ Family Solicitor for a highly sought permanent position.

The firm serves corporate entities and private individuals in over 25 practice areas from offices throughout London and across England and Wales. They are recognized for their expertise in family and matrimonial work, providing confidential advice with effective representation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of Family Law work, including providing technical expertise and guidance to other team members. They will also assist with delivery of appropriate training and development in the department.

Key skills required include a clean, valid Practicing Certificate, strong management skills, and excellent client care skills. The ideal candidate will have a professional pro-active approach, be a committed team player, and have experience in dealing with all Family Law work related work.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Family Solicitor to join a leading law firm and contribute to their success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise Solicitors, Trainee Solicitors, and Caseworkers to manage appropriate caseload types and complexities
  • Assist with delivery of appropriate training and development in the department
  • Deal with a range of Family & Children work, including divorce, financial disputes, and remedies
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members
