About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and caring individuals to join our team as Care and Support Workers at Cleeve Court Care Home in Bath. As a Care and Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting residents in promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents in their daily lives, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality care and support.
  • Build relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
