Senior Manager of Technical Accounts - Multi-Channel Fulfillment Solutions

As a pivotal member of the MCF International team at Amazon, you will spearhead the onboarding of customers and oversee the strategic technical integrations across various global markets, including the UK, Japan, and Germany. We are in search of a Senior Manager of Technical Accounts who will collaborate with diverse teams to enhance customer relationships, streamline processes, and foster ongoing improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop expertise in the customer onboarding experience and technical integration processes.
  • Manage strategic plans for merchant onboarding and technical integration.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of onboarding challenges and identify root causes.
  • Create and refine customer onboarding protocols while driving process enhancements.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of customer onboarding initiatives and liaise with third-party application developers.
  • Aggregate customer insights to shape the MCF product development strategy.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in technical account management or system integrations.
  • Experience with large-scale implementation projects and API integration.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams and promoting automation.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in defining program requirements through data analysis and metrics for enhancement.
  • MBA or Master's Degree in a relevant technical field.
  • Proficiency in German, Japanese, or Chinese is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the German market is a plus.
