About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dementia Unit Manager to lead our team and provide exceptional care to our residents. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the unit, ensuring the highest standards of care and dignity for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and supervise a team of caregivers to deliver high-quality care and services to residents
  2. Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  3. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote resident-centered care
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  5. Provide training and support to caregivers to enhance their skills and knowledge
  6. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the quality of care and services
