About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Unit Manager to join our team at Care UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a unit, ensuring the delivery of excellent care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a unit, promoting a culture of excellence in care delivery
  • Delegating workload effectively, ensuring a collaborative and supportive approach
  • Ensure residents' medical, physical, and emotional needs are met, prioritizing their safety and dignity
  • Oversee admissions, conducting thorough risk assessments and developing personalized care plans
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop services, driving continuous improvement
  • Administer medication, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines
  • Provide a professional, inclusive, and fun approach, fostering a positive team environment
