About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our Digital Workplace team at LGC Group. As a key member of our IT Solutions Team, you will be responsible for driving the implementation and optimization of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic solutions to enhance the digital workplace experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new technologies
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise to drive business outcomes and improve cost-effectiveness
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our digital infrastructure
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements
  • Proven industry experience in Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Strong technical skills in PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Teams administration, and public DNS management
  • Desirable skills in Mimecast, Valimail, DKIM/DMARC, and email security
  • Knowledge of Scappman, Qualys, and Azure Update Manager
  • Experience with identity management, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, and conditional risk-based access
  • Ability to innovate and drive impactful change in the digital world
