Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough credit checks on new customers to assess their creditworthiness
  • Chase overdue invoices through various channels, including phone, email, and letter
  • Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity to ensure seamless communication
  • Negotiate payment plans with customers to resolve outstanding debts
  • Handle customer queries regarding invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Reconcile accounts and analyze financial data to identify credit risks
  • Collaborate with the accounts payable team to resolve payment issues
Requirements:
  • Experience in credit control or a similar financial role
  • Proficiency in accounting software and data entry
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Knowledge of financial services and telemarketing techniques
