About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Meeting and Events team as a Food and Beverage Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and serve guests in a polite and friendly manner
  • Deliver a great experience from beginning to end
  • Confidently talk about our drinks menus, offer upsells and enthusiastically
  • Clean and maintain good hygiene practices
  • Work across any of the outlets that are in need of assistance to ensure the smooth running of the resort as a whole
About You

You don't need experience to start your career with us at The Belfry Hotel and Resort. We have a great team that will train you and give you all of the skills you need to be successful. If you do have previous experience, that's great, we will take your skills and elevate them in a department where you feel you would be the best fit.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering a fantastic service to our guests, enjoys engaging in conversation, talking about our products and the resort, and is a natural when it comes to selling. You should be outgoing and enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude and be proactive.
