Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Premises Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from pre-contract to post-contract stages.
Key Responsibilities:- Creating and maintaining project programmes using planning and programme software (Microsoft Project or Asta)
- Producing progress reports and revising programmes and forecasts for team members
- Breaking down large projects into phases of development
- Using project management tools to plan timeframes and meet with contractors and suppliers to discuss and review programme issues
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Proven experience in construction project coordination or a related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- UK driving licence essential
