Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Premises Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating construction projects from pre-contract to post-contract stages.
Key Responsibilities:- Creating and maintaining project programmes using planning software (Microsoft Project or Asta)
- Producing progress reports and revising programmes and forecasts for team members
- Breaking down large projects into manageable phases
- Working with estimators to calculate resource requirements
- Planning contingency programmes in case of timeframe changes
- Collaborating with contractors and suppliers to discuss and review programme issues
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry, particularly with roofing and façade works
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work with planning software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
