About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Securitas Security Services. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering security services to our clients, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of security operations and customer service principles. You will be responsible for managing a team of security officers, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver security services to clients
  • Lead and manage a team of security officers
  • Ensure that security services are delivered to the highest standard
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Monitor and report on security operations and customer service metrics

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Contract Manager or similar role
  • Strong understanding of security operations and customer service principles
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of security officers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
