POSITION OVERVIEW

Our Guest Relations Specialists take the initiative to provide a comprehensive range of services that guide guests throughout their stay. They are empowered to navigate their environment and take necessary actions. Whether addressing operational needs, fulfilling guest requests, completing reports, or sharing local highlights, the Guest Relations Specialist ensures that transactions are seamlessly integrated into the overall experience.

Regardless of your position, certain elements are essential for success: fostering a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring that your uniform, personal appearance, and communications remain professional. Guest Relations Specialists will be active and mobile (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and will adopt a hands-on approach to their work (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance). Excelling in these responsibilities (and other reasonable tasks as assigned) is crucial for Guest Relations Specialists to deliver exceptional service to our guests and contribute to our business success.
