About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to join our team in the Issuing Legal Entity Refresh programme. As a key member of our Enterprise Anti Money Laundering (AML) team, you will play a critical role in delivering an effective process to refresh our Legal Entities and their associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality, robust, and sustainable processes with effective controls and rigorous business testing.
  • Design and optimize client experience and servicing strategies.
  • Ensure strong business governance and accountability.
Requirements
  • Results-driven with a track record of delivering projects against aggressive timelines in a complex and matrixed environment.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously and achieve results.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high degrees of ambiguity and fluid priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for specifics and ability to produce high-quality documentation.
  • Strong relationship builder with proven experience in gaining trust quickly and delivering value.
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills with demonstrated experience working with various stakeholders.
  • Able to learn new processes and capabilities quickly.
  • Understanding of the SBS and/or commercial businesses, related regulatory landscape, and emerging trends/models is preferred.
  • Previous exposure to regulatory and policy compliance activities with a strong control mindset.
